Our Story

Brayden was born on July 22, 2003, until his sunset day on October 25, 2020, as result of a tragic car accident. Brayden would have been a VHS graduate in May 2022. He enjoyed playing sports, video games, watching Cardinal baseball and spending time outdoors. It has been said that “there are some who bring a light so great to the world that even after they have gone the light remains” and Brayden was one of those people. He is loved and missed by many.

​We are hoping this tournament will allow us the opportunity to keep his memory alive thru a small play area at the Vienna Baseball Park, contribute to Johnson County athletics and community, and plan to keep the Brayden King Memorial Scholarship going with a portion of the funds raised.
